14 something? Forgot to check the time. Took the runs at slow recovery pace. The KBs got heavy quick. Only did first set unbroken. Other sets were broken at 10 or 15 reps.
After did 2x10 ring push ups, 2x10 GHD back ext, and 2x10 GHD sit ups.
