Snatch ladder and double unders, did not go so well.

Double unders did not go well, could not string them together for nothing! Then failed on snatch at 105? or 115. Just a frustrating day, strength is not there. Went for a run after, only 3.5 miles.
Ran a slow 2 miles with Wyatt in the evening before going to Ribs and Rhythm.
