Best run in a long time.

The training schedule had 7 miles on tap. 1 mile warmup, then 5 @ 7:20 pace... Ended up with 7.5 @ 7:40 overall pace including warmup and cooldown. Tempo miles were 7:09 avg pace. NICE. Run felt great too, best run I've had in a long while.
