Tues, back to XFit

Skill work was wall climbs and wheel barrows. Made for a decent warm up. Did a couple squats to prep for the wod, decided to go with 115#, just didn't feel the leg strength for 45 @ 135#.

Kipping Pull Ups
5:05 - no rush, just wanted to move the weight and get to the pull ups. Tried to keep sets of 10, but wasn't able to the whole way.
