squat box jumps!

Skill was front squat. 1x5@ 95#, 5x5 @ 115#. Felt good, but last couple reps were tough.

Went light on the weight to take it easy on the shoulder. Smart move. Had some issues with keeping the TTB going, but felt better about them.
After class did 2x10 box jumps from bottom of squat - 10 @ 24" 10 @ 30"... liked these!
