Speed work Wed

2 mile warm up, then 3x 1mile @ 6:30 w/ 800m jogs. 2 mile cool down. Repeats were supposed to be @ 6:49 but went out too fast, did the first two ~ 6:20s, last one in 6:30s. Felt good to push hard, but whopped after.
