Worked on the clean pull.

Cash out: 50 DU's - actually made 31 DU unbroken! Did a couple 135# cleans after class. Then:

3 x 10 Ring Push ups
3 x 10 hollow body rocks


Rode the bike for 45 mins on trainer, only went 10 miles.. lol. Way out of riding shape!
