Skill work was handstand walk and hold. 2 x 1min hold on wall.

10-8-6-4-2 Kipping Pull Ups
2-4-6-8-10 Deadlifts 155#
3:47? - Deadlifts felt much better at this weight. Need to keep working form before upping the weight.
Did a 4.5 mile run after wod @ 8:33pace. Fingers crossed for a good 20 miles tomorrow!
