Easy day??

Feeling pretty sluggish
Skill was pistols - 3x6 (3 each legs) felt pretty easy.

CASH OUT:
500 Meter Row For Time - 1:41 - felt strong through 250, hitting 1:34, then died. Everything to make it to the end.

Alternate with 3x10 TTB - still no kipping TTB...
