So the wod was mile run/2K row/mile run. Just wasn't feeling more running, needed to give the feet a break. So I did the WOD from rehab sat, plus the 2K row, and the team work.

10 KB Swings 70#
15:16 - The KB swings were BRUTAL. 70# is a bit much to control, really have to get the hips going and break them up 4/3/3. The DUs were frustrating like normal, especially with the legs being tired. But the box jumps were actually pretty tough this time. BAH!
2000m row = 8:08, nice burn! Then did the 3x8 snatch SOTS @ 65#.
