Wed What No Wallballs

Skill work was push jerk... started at 95# made it up to 155#... new PR, might have been able to make it a little more, but failed at 175#. Wod was changed and removed the wall balls... BAH!

7 Push Press 75#
7 Med Ball Cleans 20#
11 rounds + 7 PP - pretty darn good, kept up with Thommy! This was a quad burner.... we'll see how they feel later on the bike maybe, but doubtful for a run.
