Skill work was ring dips. 2x10, then weighted. 3 or 4 with 20# vest. 1 with 60# vest, then 2 with 40#.

First round of double unders took 2:50.... insane! After a temper tantrum, got to it on the climbs... which caught up to me about round 4. The DUs started coming a little better, but still nothing more than 15 in a row. Really had to rest on the wall climbs in latter rounds, shoulders and arms were just spent. Went for a 1 mile run after.
Ran another 4.6 miles before lunch @ 8:02 pace.
