Thruster Busters!

Knocked out 50 burpees in the am, then 20 more later.
Went to evening xfit again.
Skill work was 5,3,3,3,3 of front squat AND push press. Only used 75#, so felt pretty light.
Thrusters 95#
Box Jumps 24"
11:00.... blah! The thrusters killed me. Should not have gone RX on this one, had to drop the weight too many times. After the first couple rounds was only getting 2 or 3 at a time. Knees are feeling a little tweaky from all the squats..
