Ran out at Cuivre River park. Did the long side first, 6 miles, decent pace, some tough hills, 10min pace...ouch.
Then did the short side, 5 miles, faster pace 9min, still some decent hills. Pretty spent at the end. Thinking I was under fueled during the run and probably sore from yesterday. Thought the oatmeal for breakfast would have carried me through 11 miles... maybe not?? Pretty frustrating.
Headed back to Crossfit Cup, did some more judging, moved a lot of weight, cleaned up and headed home.
