Rehab WOD

Warmed up with 4 miles on bike, 25 burpees and some dubs.

Good time. Weight felt very light, but shoulder was not feeling great. Was worried about the number of reps, plus the thrusters are evil. Box jumps made the legs feel like lead, hopefully they feel better tomorrow.
