monday cardio

Started with decent warm up of bike, sprints, and rowing. Then skill work of overhead press. 10 rounds x 2 press @ 95# with 30sec rest.

Double unders took forever again... still cannot get a smooth continuous rhythm. The first couple box jumps off the row were very rough, legs had noooo spring. Even had to break up the pull ups... pretty spent
