Skill work was double unders.... still dont like them. During warm ups we did some jumps from squat position... these made my quads feel like lifeless metal rods with no spring or energy return... did not like.

Started a little too fast, so had to check myself and slow the pace just to keep going. Think I took more breaks than needed, legs felt ok, lungs were burning though! KB swings got rough at that weight, but pushed through.
Need to get a run in, maybe only a light jog instead... heard tomorrows workout is very rough!
Ran about 4.5 miles @ 8:28 pace.. felt good, a little cold, negative splits, could have done more, but held back... oh and watch battery died.
