No skill work, just some stretching and warm up. Practiced the movement for wod.... got a kipping hspu on the wall using abmat! Then did a strict hspu. Then one without the abmat!

Did 8 rounds. Kipping the HSPU and using an abmat, but they rocked! Used the bar to balance on some of the pistols, knees are going to be in crazy pain later. Pullups were rough... had to do 1 and 2 at a time in the later rounds!
