Fridays big WOD... got cut down.

Originally supposed to be Annie are you OK WOD... but we didn't have all the equpt because of the competition.

Ab Mat Sit Ups
Thrusters 85# (Rx was 95)
KB SDHP 55#
OHWL 45#
Burpees
Jumping Air Squats
16:05?? or 14:05??
So tried to pace better on this wod.  Wish I had done 95 on the thrusters, would have slowed it down some. SDHP were pretty easy, although they did leave the arms a little shaky for the OH lunges. The jumping air squats got the outer quads on FIRE!  Another lung burner wod...
