Finished ALL 30 rounds... just barely. This was tough. Push ups were the worst, pushed to get 5 in a row each time, then worked out the other 5. Pull ups went well, not til near the end had to pause before the fifth one. 150 pullups, 300 pushups, and 450 air squats.
Added 7 miles of hills @ 8:08 pace. Felt good, easy going pace to shake out the legs.
