Back to it!

Skill work was Toes to Bar.  3 sets of 10. Really struggling with the kip! Got it for a string of 4, but just feel weak on the whole movement.

Squat Cleans 95#
Ring Dips
Pushed to do as many in the first 21 unbroken, really just burned myself out. Had to take numerous breaks. Last set was doing clean. then squat. Got atleast 5 dips before dropping on each set.
