Tues Cindy

Couldn't make Dawn Patrol xfit, so started the day with 70 burpees, then 20 more later.
Made it to evening class, no skill work, 2 mile bike warm up, then:

AMRAP in 20 minutes
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
20 rounds + 5 PU and 10 PU. Major ripped hands! Had to break push ups into 5+3+2....
