Sore sore sore

Shoulder is still very sore, some sharp pain on certain movements. Probably could use another rest day....
Worked on 3 RM weighted pullups for 15 minutes. Used 40# vest and did 4, 3, 3, 3, then dropped to 37# for 3 and 4.

Ball Slams 30#
+1 Farmers Walk 55# (60 ft) each round
9:55 - Ring dips were rough after 2nd round, had to break after 4 each time...

Did burpees before dinner with Y, opposite of yesterday. 13 first minute, 12 second, 11.... 1. Shoulders were NOT happy....
