Shoulders feel like hell. 1 day off not enough, dreading the 'rest/recovery'
Attempted 3 rounds of max pushups... 34, 32, 14.
Then did power snatch with lighter weight, and subbed cleans with heavier weight. Power Clean 145#

Should have used 45# KB, they really got rough, but completed Rx.
Jogged up to GloboGym and did 45mins on the bike, nothing big.
