Sat Rehab

Burpees in the am... judges meeting.. 1000m row... then

WOD
4 RFT
3 DeadLifts 205#
6 TTB
9 Box Jumps 24" (Games Standard)
12 KB Swings 53#
Deadlifts were pretty easy; not sure about 225 though, may have had to drop.
TTB went well, just still not getting the kip smooth were they can be strung together, so it goes sloooow.
KB swings werent bad til the end @ 53#.... 70# is just ridiculous!
Did a lot of walking down at the parade, need to rest the legs for run in the morning....
