Warmed up with sprints, then Burgener warm up with the bar, then snatch balances. Then more balances with 65#. Shoulders were severely SPENT. Right shoulder especially, just not feeling strong.

So.... shoulder wasnt feeling great, so only used 65#. Afterwards figure I could have used 75... would like to be able to do 95 soon.
The run was SKETCHY! Blacktop was super slick, the corners were sheets of ice. 1st lap was super slow and scary. Next four laps ran out of the parking lot to the road just to maintain some footing, so ran extra distance.
