Flip Flop Wed

Did the 83 burpees in the morning, tabata made 62, then added 21. Also added 20+20 hollow body rocks.
Went to evening class; warmed up good then worked on deadlift and max rep pushups.
3x3x3x3x3 dead lift 205#, max pushups after rounds 1, 2, 3 = 50, 15, 19. Deadlift weight was supposed to be 80% 1rm, but really seemed easy.

Got 95 reps, 1 rep shy of full 8 rounds. Weight was tooo light, should have gone heavier and slowed down some.
