Colds SUCK!

Still dealing with a head cold, starting to affect energy level.
Easy warmup and mobility, then went over GHD machine for 20-25 minutes.

8:23 - Started feeling KBs, k2e were ok, but missed a lot of them. Need to use active shoulders to get knees all the way in?
 50 burpees done after wod. 47 more tonight.
