Back to it!

Worked on max rep pull ups and ring dips again, 3 rounds each with stretching in between.
Pullups - 23, 18, 16?
Dips - 15?, 12, 12

WOD
3 RFT - 9:53
4 Back Squats 135#
8 Power Cleans 115#
16 Deadlifts 135#

Did a 4 mile run before dinner @ 8:18 pace. Didn't finish all the burpees, only got 65 (owe 20). Back is pretty sore, may have lost form on cleans and dead lifts.
