Wed Wod

Worked on muscle ups on the bar, and pull ups on the rings. Very rough work. Shoulders actually felt sore from monday.

For Reps
On the minute, each minute for 10 minutes:
3 Back Squats- 145#
AMRAP Jumping Air Squats
160 air squats - legs were stiff!

(then walked 2 miles to get the truck)
