Tues xfit

Did easy 5 rounds of Cindy for warmup (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats.)
Worked on B clean warmup.
WOD - 5RFT - 115#
12 Deadlift
9 Hang Power
6 Push Press
15:43 - This was a forearm killer, and got just plain heavy. Was hard to hold on to the bar after a couple rounds.
