Worked on muscle ups.. they seem to be getting worse, not even close.
WOD Clean Complex
15 Reps (all 3 moves = 1 rep)
Power Clean
Hang Clean
Hang Squat Clean
Completed in 5:27, used 85#, could have done more. After completed did 135# power clean and hang squat clean.
Did 40 min on the bike trainer before dinner.
