1.5mile easy run @9min, then Core WOD
Team wod
Rnd 1
50 GHD situps
2 rope climbs
25 burpees + jump on 45# plate
Rnd 2
25 jumping lunges
1 bear crawl
20 ring dips
Then did the GWod - 3 minutes total wall hand stand. Had to drop twice, each time = 20 hollow body rocks.
