Decided to go out to Lewis and Clark trail for the first time... figured I just wanted to jog slow to recover from PM, so good time to explore a new trail. There are some pretty good hills out there! 8 miles, probably a little too much, and the legs really felt it. Had to stop and walk a couple times, and really took it slow most of the time. Was definitely ready to be done... Would like to go back when legs feel recovered.
