Worked on Front squat. Using 50% 1RM (guessed ~85#). Completed 10 reps, rest 2 min, then AMRAP - 21 reps. Rested another 2 min then AMRAP - 16 reps.

25# dumbbell push press (way too light, almost all reps unbroken)
tire flip (tire was too light as well)
~12 min
