Worked on ring dips, weighted then open.
WOD - 3 RFT
500m Row
15 KB Swings (started with 53# rd 1, dropped to 45# 2 and 3)
10 Thrusters - 75#

thrusters started easy in round 1, but kb swings were killer. Round 2 kb swings were rough, which made the thrusters a lot more difficult.
