Wanted to run today, but foot and toe are still in pain, plus the weather SUCKS!  Rain and cold.
WOD - 20 min AMRAP
9 - db squat cleants - 25#
12 - box jumps 24"
15 - TTB - THESE were junk... really need to get better at them.
5 rounds +14/15 TTB
