Worked on bottom of squat position.

WOD 21-15-9
30# Ball Slams
25ft Sprint
Cant remember the time, 5 minutes or so. Felt like I should have gone faster on the sprints, but coming off the slams the legs felt crazy. Needed to get up to speed faster, the distance was just so short, had to turn around before ready.
