Air Force WOD - 4 burpees; then 4 burpees every minute until done:
20 Reps each @ (75#)
Thrusters
SDHP
Push Jerk
OHS
Front Squat
16:00 - really had problems holding the OHS

Worked on push press @ 75# 10x2reps
