Worked on muscle ups... still don't have it.
WOD - AMRAP in 10 minutes - 5 rounds
10 - front squat 95#
10 - chest2bar pullups - most of these ended up being standard kipping pull ups.
Plan on a 2 mile run with Wyatt later.
