Tue 9/20

WOD - 4 RFT - 7 Man Makers + 3 lengths farmers carry
(Pushup, R row, pushup, L row, Squat clean, Thruster, R lunge, L lunge (weight overhead))

worked on 25 kipping pullups (only 14 in a row...), 20 Ring dips
Handstand pushups.  used bands on bars, did 5 assisted!
