Race: Run to Remember 5K - 19:55, 3rd. Felt decent, good to run fast again, hills were manageable, but legs didnt have full pop back yet.
Crappy lunch at funeral.
14 mile long run. 8:45 pace (felt faster at times). Seemed to be feeling real good at half way, felt like should have been able to push the pace back. Only used 1 gel and nuun, legs started feeling very tired near the end. last 1-2 miles were tough!. Little bit of knee pain, stopped and stretched it couple times.
