Mon 8/15

Crossfit - warmup-  250m row, 10 chest to bar, 10 strict dips, 10 bar squats
WOD - 800m run, 30 SDHP (85#), 800m run = 7:55

B: 2 eggs/2 eggWhites, Cup mushrooms, 5 shrimp
S: grapes, almonds, carrot
L: 3.5oz chicken, veggies (cauliflower, broccolli, butternut squash, onion, mushroom)
S: celery w/ guacamole
S: acvitia yogurt
D: chicken, salad w/ shred veg

felt very sluggish today and very hungry, not sure met caloric intake
