Core Training - warmup - 5 rounds - run 100m + 10 burpees, run 100m + 10 DU
Team WOD = 3 stations, 2 skills each stations, 2 minutes each skill
1. 30# ball slams (35); Row (270m?)
2. Jumping PullUps ; Bike (1+mile)
3. Wall Sprints; Wheelbarrow runs
